Working primarily in acrylics and pastels, Ann has been creating and exhibiting her work for over 17 years. Her distinctive style blends realism with expressive colour and movement, reflecting a deep connection to the ocean and natural landscapes.
Ann has exhibited widely across Western Australia, including a successful solo exhibition at Gallows Gallery and representation in various galleries and boutique spaces. Her work has also featured in luxury hotel settings such as Pullman Bunker Bay, where original pieces and prints have been used to enhance guest spaces.
Alongside her studio practice, Ann is a passionate teacher and deeply values the connections made through art. From her welcoming home studio, she hosts regular workshops that offer an immersive, nurturing space for people to explore creativity, grow in confidence, and build lasting friendships. Ann’s love for people shines through in every class—her teaching goes beyond technique, creating an atmosphere of joy, support, and artistic discovery.
She also runs twice-yearly art retreats in Bali, where participants can unwind and create in an inspiring tropical setting.
