TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. INTRODUCTION
    These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of an artwork either original or print (the “Artwork”) by the Artist, Ann Steer (the “Artist) to you.
  2. CURRENCY
    All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.  Your credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars.
  3. AUTHENTICITY
    We guarantee all work shown is authentic and the original work of the Artist.  The work you receive corresponds with the work shown on the website.  Every painting is accompanied by a signed and dated “Certificate of Authenticity”.
  4. PACKING AND INSURANCE
    All items are packaged to a high standard.  All items are insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery.  If you receive any damaged goods please contact us within 5 days to arrange a refund/exchange or replacement.
  5. SHIPPING INFORMATION
    There are no additional shipping charges that will be added to the cost of the artwork when you check out.  All shipping is fully inclusive of the price you see.
    Products will not be dispatched until payment is received.
    The following shipping timelines can be used as a rough estimate as to how long it will take to receive your artwork

    Stage Days Description
    Packaging 1-5 days The artist safely packages and dispatches your artwork within 5 working days
    Shipping 5-10 The shipping timelines are dependent upon size, weight and location of the artwork. It can take between 5-10 working days after being dispatched.

    International Shipping
    Unfortunately we currently do not automatically ship or sell artwork to countries outside of Australia.  Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions about purchasing as an international customer as this may be possible with a customised transaction and shipping arrangement.
  6. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
    Please choose carefully.  We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.  Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, wrongly described, or different from a sample shown.
    In all cases, if you wish to return an item you have bought from us, you must advise us within 5 days after you purchase or receive the item.  In all cases, returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition.
  7. OWNERSHIP OF THE ARTWORK COPYRIGHT
    1. It is the Artist’s expectation that the Artwork will not be purchased for resale and will be retained by you for your own personal enjoyment.  Specifically, you may not sell or offer for sale the Artwork on any internet based auction or other website.
    2. Copyright in the Artwork remains the property of the Artist.
    3. You may not produce any image of the Artwork and may not, at any time, publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of the Artwork to any third party, including any internet website for any purpose.
    4. If you breach any of your obligations under paragraph 3.3 you agree that:
      1. The payment of damages will not be a sufficient remedy to compensate the Artist for your breach;
      2. The Artist may, apply to the court for an order to prevent you from continuing to breach your obligations under these Terms and Conditions; and
      3. The Artist may, contact the operator of any internet website on which the Artwork is being offered for sale or on which an image of the Artwork has been placed by you or at your direction, and instruct such operator, on your behalf, to remove any such offer for sale or image from any such internet website.
